Privacy notice

This is an example website. Halbeck Home Services is not a real business, so it cannot be the data controller for anything you send.

If you use the enquiry form on this site, your details go to Honey-Beez Ltd, trading as Yusr Digital, registered in England and Wales, company number 16399452, registered office 220 Toddington Road, Luton, LU4 9DZ. Honey-Beez Ltd is the controller for anything you send here, is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under ZC221221, and can be reached at hello@yusrdigital.co.uk.

We use it only to reply to you. We do not sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. The rest of this page shows the privacy notice a real client’s site would carry.

Halbeck Home Services operates the website yusr-demo-services.pages.dev. This notice explains what personal information we collect and how we use it, in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

When you contact us by phone, email, or the enquiry form on this site, we collect the details you give us: typically your name, phone number, email address, and the content of your message.

How we use it

We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry and provide our services. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.

Forms and third-party services

Enquiry-form submissions are passed through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) and delivered to us by email. These providers process your data only to deliver those services to us.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting work, plus any period required by law (for example, accounting records).

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact us at hello@yusrdigital.co.uk.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
