What I do
Dripping taps, new washers and cartridges, fresh silicone around baths and showers, washing machines and dishwashers plumbed in to an existing supply.
What I do not do
Anything on a gas appliance or a boiler. That goes to a Gas Safe registered engineer, and I will tell you so rather than have a go.
What it costs
£35 an hour plus parts at cost. Resealing a bath is usually one to two hours including drying time. Prices on this demo are samples.

Can you fix a leak today?
If water is coming through a ceiling, turn off the stopcock and say so when you get in touch. I will get there as soon as I can.
Do you move pipework for a new kitchen?
Small changes, yes. A full kitchen or bathroom refit is a plumber's job and I will say so.
